The price was fair for the type of room.

The bathtub and shower area were not very clean. The bathtub drain was clogged and water built up while showering, also the drain stopper in the sink would not hold water.mold on shower curtain.

the room was old with broken furniture and the carpet was so dirty my kinds had black feet! The bathroom was unhygienic and needing urgent renovation .

Arrived and was given a room. When we entered it smelled musty so we turned on ac. The ac unit was very loud. It was totally unacceptable. No one could stay in that room. After 15 minutes of haggling with the clerk we were issued a refund and since all other rooms were smoking we found lodgings elsewhere. Unprofessional behavior and a general lack of customer care make this a place to avoid. I will avoid this brand in the future. The one nice thing was the clerks reaction when he heard th ac!
